Premier League: QPR - Newcastle
Newcastle United visit bottom-placed QPR on Sunday knowing a victory will all but secure their place in the Premier League next season.
Alan Pardew's side have been dreadful in recent weeks and a run of form that has seen them win just one of their last nine matches in all competitions has seen them slip to 17th in the table.
They could have actually started Sunday in the relegation zone had Wigan held on to their lead against Swansea City on Tuesday, but second-half goals from Angel Rangel, Itay Shechter and Dwight Tiendalli saw the Welsh side escape with a 3-2 win.
That means Newcastle enter this match with a three-point gap on Wigan and they may fancy their chances aga

David Moyes will take charge of Everton for the last time at Goodison Park on Sunday against West Ham.
It was confirmed on Thursday that Moyes will not extend his deal with the Merseyside club and instead take over from Alex Ferguson at Manchester United when the season comes to an end.
A goalless draw at rivals Liverpool on Sunday sees Everton almost certain to finish sixth in the league, a result that would see them top the Anfield outfit for the second season in a row.
That represents success on the blue half of Merseyside and a win against West Ham will confirm their superiority.

"I wasn't planning on leaving," he said. "My contract was running out but we were planning for pre-season. All we've ever done here is keep planning.

Dortmund took an early lead through Kevin Grosskreutz but Mario Gomez equalised with a header, before Robert Lewandowski missed the chance to steal victory for the hosts as his penalty was saved by Manuel Neuer with an hour gone.

FA Cup Final : Man City v Wigan
Manchester City will look to win their third trophy in as many years when they battle Wigan in Saturday's FA Cup Final at Wembley.
The Etihad Stadium outfit broke a 35-year trophy drought with victory over Stoke City in the 2011 FA Cup Final, which they followed up with a dramatic final-day Premier League title win last season.
And while City have stagnated in the league in 2012-13, another success would still represent a decent year for Roberto Mancini's side.
Manchester City's run to this season's final has seen them concede just one goal in five matches, with the club barely raising a sweat in easy home wins against Championship sides Watford, Leeds United and Barnsley.
