Pogrebnyak wants to extend Premier League stay
Reading striker Pavel Pogrebnyak would like to continue playing in England amid reported interested from clubs in Russia.
The 29-year-old was signed from Stuttgart on a free transfer before the start of the season, having previously spent six-months on loan at Fulham.
He has scored eight goals in 30 appearances in all competitions for Reading this season but the club was relegated in April following a 0-0 draw with QPR.
That has cast the Russia international's future into doubt, although he still has three years left of his four-year contract.
And while admitting he would listen to offers from teams in his homeland, his preference is to remain in England.

Kacaniklic rues Fulham loss
Alexander Kacaniklic was disappointed to see Fulham fall to a 3-1 loss to Liverpool in their final home game of the season on Sunday.
Dimitar Berbatov gave the hosts an early lead but a Daniel Sturridge hat-trick was enough to consign the London club to a fifth straight defeat.
And Kacaniklic felt his side were not awarded key decisions against Brendan Rodgers' men in the Craven Cottage fixture.
"It's a disappointing way to end the season at home," he said.
"Losing 3-1 is never good, especially at the Cottage. We wanted to give the fans something to cheer about in the last game but we couldn't.
"It was a very open game. They could have scored a couple more, but be honest, we had so

Sturridge enjoying Liverpool role
Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is enjoying life at the Merseyside club and having the chance to showcase his talents.
The England international fired a hat-trick as Liverpool beat Fulham 3-1 at Craven Cottage on Sunday, after Dimitar Berbatov had put the home side in front.
And the former Chelsea striker is keen to repay Brendan Rodgers for the faith he showed in him, after signing in January.
"For me it's all about hard work," Sturridge told the club's official website.
"It's down to me to be dedicated to my job and not to let myself, my family or my manager down

Europa League: Benfica - Chelsea
Benfica and Chelsea go head-to-head for UEFA Europa League glory when the sides meet at the Amsterdam Arena on Wednesday.
Rafael Benitez's men go into the final as favourites and could become the first team to win Europe's second-tier competition having lifted the UEFA Champions League the season before.
Benfica, meanwhile, will need to recover from their demoralising last-gasp defeat to title rivals Porto on Saturday if they are to stand any chance of victory.
Jorge Jesus' men were minutes away from sealing a 1-1 draw at the Estadio do Drago which would have maintained their two-point lead at the top of the Portuguese standings with just one game remaining.

Juventus can emulate Bayern
Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal has claimed his side can mirror the achievements of Bayern Munich in the coming years.
The Italians romped to the Serie A title this term, their second consecutive league success under the guidance of coach Antonio Conte.
But Vidal is keen to take that dominance into Europe in order to emulate the UEFA Champions League finalists.
"There is a big difference between Bayern and ourselves, but that is because they have been following a project for years and they've reached three Champions League finals in four year," he told Tuttosport.

Martinez won´t jump on the success train
Roberto Martinez has insisted he will not be rushed into making a decision over his Wigan future.
The Spaniard has been the subject of past speculation linking him with the Aston Villa and Liverpool managerial positions, and is currently one of the favourites for the Everton post.
And after Wigan completed a famous FA Cup triumph with a 1-0 victory over Manchester City at Wembley on Saturday, Martinez appears to be in high demand.
"There is a right time and wrong time to leave," Martinez said.
"Only myself and Wigan will know when it is the right time. But I don't believe it is just about jumping on the success train.

Benitez wants Premier League stay
Chelsea's interim boss Rafael Benitez wants to continue managing in the Premier League next season.
The London club sit third in the English top flight and will contest the final of the UEFA Europa League against Benfica on Wednesday.
But the Spaniard is set to depart Stamford Bridge at the end of the season after enduring a tumultuous relationship with the club's fans due to his past tenure at rivals Liverpool.
He would like to remain in a managerial role in England but conceded he may have to look elsewhere.
"It has started already (looking for a new job), the agents are working," the 53-year-old said.
