Wilson keen to make Stoke return Stoke City defender Marc Wilson is hoping to make his long-awaited return to first-team action this weekend against Fulham.
The Republic of Ireland international suffered a broken leg against Sunderland back in October and has come through two behind-closed-door friendly matches without setback and is now keen to step up his rehabilitation in a Premier League game.
"I am looking towards the Fulham game now as a possible return to action," Wilson told the club's official website.
Wilson is set to feature in another low-key friendly on Monday afternoon and the 25-year-old is hoping to coming through unscathed and force his way into Tony Pulis' plans.

Man City find their mojo with Leeds win Manchester City midfielders Yaya Toure and James Milner said it was important to bounce back from a loss to Southampton in the FA Cup.
City's 3-1 loss to Southampton during the week saw them slip 12 points behind Manchester United in what may prove an almost fatal blow to their Premiership defence.
But Roberto Mancini's side responded in fine style with a 4-0 thrashing of Leeds on Sunday to advance to the FA Cup quarter finals.
Toure opened the scoring for Chelsea inside five minutes and the Ivory Coast star believes it was the perfect response to their defeat by Southampton.
"I think (we reacted well), because in the first half we played very well, giving pressure to Leeds," Toure told ESPN.

UEFA Champions League preview: Porto v Malaga Malaga have unveiled another attacking threat ahead of their Champions League trip to Porto as the Spaniards seek to maintain their good form.
Brazilian teenager Lucas Piazon impressed in his first start for Malaga on Saturday, setting up the only goal in his side's 1-0 victory over Athletic Bilbao.
Piazon, who is on loan from Chelsea, did well to hold off two opponents before finding space on the left-hand side of the penalty area and cutting the ball back for Javier Saviola to score.
