United´s targets never change, insists Moyes

David Moyes has insisted Manchester United's aims will always remain the same, regardless of who is in charge.

 Moyes officially took over at United on July 1 after Alex Ferguson decided to call time on his 27-year spell at Old Trafford - a period that yielded a haul of 38 trophies.

 And the former Everton manager has admitted that while taking over the reins from his fellow Scot is no easy task, he sees no reason to alter the club's targets.

Klopp: New signings add variety
Borussia Dortmund manager Juergen Klopp is pleased with the variety of options he has in his squad.
The Bundesliga and UEFA Champions League runners-up defeated Bursaspor 4-1 in a pre-season friendly in Austria on Saturday, with new signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang among the goalscorers.

Bayern agree Thiago deal

Bayern Munich have agreed a deal to bring Barcelona midfielder Thiago Alcantara to the club.
Thiago, who had been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, will move to the Allianz Arena on a four-year deal, subject to a medical, for a fee of €25million euros.
Bayern will only receive €20million of that fee, with the remaining €5million to be made up by revenue generated from a friendly between the two teams and the fact Thiago has waived personal salary payments.
 The 22-year-old will link up with former manager Pep Guardiola in Munich after he took the reins from treble-winning boss Jupp Heynckes in June.
