premier leagueWigan manager Roberto Martinez believes the club are in no need to sell players despite their relegation from the Premier League.
The FA Cup winners will be playing Championship football next season after their demotion was confirmed following the 4-1 defeat to Arsenal on Tuesday.

Beckham: I wanted to go out on top
David Beckham has put his decision to retire down to a desire to leave the game at the very top.
The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder will retire from professional football at the end of the season and said it was always his intention to bow out on a high, with the French side having just clinched the Ligue 1 title.

Speaking on Thursday to former England and Manchester United team-mate Gary Neville on Sky Sports News, Beckham said: "I always secretly said to myself I wanted to go out at the top. 

"If you had said to me eight months ago that I'd have been playing in the French league, winning the French Cup and the league, finishing like this, I would have said absolutely no chance. I just feel now is the time."

Tottenham cannot think about Arsenal

Hugo Lloris wants his team-mates to concentrate on their own performance against Sunderland as opposed to worrying about Arsenal.

Tottenham know that if Arsenal win at Newcastle, they cannot make it into the top four of the Premier League and will miss out on UEFA Champions League qualification. 

Lloris believes that they should just focus on beating Sunderland rather than worrying about what their North London rivals are doing.
"We can't think about the Arsenal result," he told the club's official website. "We have to think about our performance, we need three points and from there, we can see what happens.

Lampard eager to sign new Chelsea contract
Frank Lampard remains hopeful that he can come to an agreement with Chelsea over a new contract to extend his stay at Stamford Bridge.

The midfielder arrived 12 years ago from West Ham and became Chelsea's all-time leading scorer with two goals against Aston Villa last Saturday. 

However, the England international has had to wait to enter contract discussions with the club, who initially announced he would not be offered a new deal.
Lampard has scored 17 goals this season and with the end of the campaign in sight, he finally looks set to be rewarded for his performances.
