Porto 1-0 Malaga: Moutinho the difference for Portuguese giants
The inspirational midfielder's goal early in the second half provided the necessary margin for Porto to take a one-goal lead heading into the return leg in Spain.
Porto took the upper hand in its UEFA Champions League round of 16 tie with Malaga as it emerged victorious with a routine 1-0 win at the Dragao.
In what was a largely stale first half, Manuel Pellegrini's selection of two immobile strikers in Julio Baptista and Roque Santa Cruz saw his side pose very little threat as the hosts dominated possession. It was not until the second half that Vitor Pereira's men made their superiority on the night count, as Joao Moutinho slotted home a tidy finish to win it, and Porto avoided conceding the away goal to take the edge heading into the second leg.

Arsene Wenger's team needs a miracle in Munich to qualify for the quarterfinals after being completely outclassed by the German giant in its home leg on Tuesday evening.
Arsenal's Champions League dream was left hanging by a thread after it was beaten 3-1 in its last-16 home leg by Bayern Munich.
Toni Kroos and Thomas Muller put the 2012 runner-up two goals ahead after 20 minutes but Lukas Podolski gave the hosts hope with a 55thminute reply.
Just when Arsenal was starting to gain a foothold in the match as they searched for the equaliser, Mario Mandzukic flukily looped the ball over the line with 13 minutes left to re-establish the German side’s dominance.
It leaves Arsene Wenger’s out-classed team with an almost impossible task to reach the quarterfinal stage of Eur

Barton not worried by Beckham
Joey Barton is confident his Marseille side can contain David Beckham should the veteran make his Paris Saint-Germain debut on Sunday.
Beckham completed a short-term move to the current Ligue 1 leaders in January but has yet to feature for the club after being short of match fitness.
However, with PSG losing 3-2 at the weekend, Beckham is speculated to make his bow against title rivals Marseille, but Barton - on loan from QPR - believes his current team can keep the ex-England man quiet.
"Paris have a lot of big names and big players. Beckham is a big star off the pitch but on the pitch it's not a big worry," Barton said.
"He causes a lot less fear compared to when he played in the Premier League.

Fiorentina admit Borini interest
Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade has admitted the club are interested in bringing Liverpool's Fabio Borini to Stadio Artemio Franchi.
Despite signing Giuseppe Rossi in the January transfer window, reports of interest in striker Stevan Jovetic has led the Viola looking at attacking alternatives.
Roma's Pablo Osvaldo is another player in Fiorentina's sights.
Borini and Osvaldo played together for the capital club before the former moved to Anfield in the summer, and though Prade revealed the club's interest in the pair, he admitted it may be difficult to lure them away from their current teams.
