Peseiro leaves Braga
Jose Peseiro has had his contract terminated as manager of Primeira Liga side Braga.
Peseiro only been at Estadio AXA for one season and led the club to the Taca de Liga title over Porto in April, just the second major trophy in their history.
The 53-year-old also led his side to the group stages of the UEFA Champions League for the second time in Braga's history, where they finished bottom of Group H, below Manchester United, Galatasaray and Cluj.
They had looked set for a shock early in their European campaign, holding a 2-0 lead at Old Trafford, although they went on to lose 3-2.

Allegri set for crunch talks
The future of Milan manager Massimiliano Allegri could be decided at the weekend, according to vice-president Adriano Galliani.
Milan finished third in Serie A last term, just outside the automatic UEFA Champions League qualification spots, and Galliani said a meeting will be held over the coming days with president Silvio Berlusconi set to attend.
Berlusconi has criticised Allegri's performance as Milan coach on a number of occasions and the meeting was postponed twice with reports suggesting this was an attempt to force the former Cagliari boss to resign.
If he is to depart San Siro, it is widely expected that Allegri will take up a similar role at Roma, who are unlikely to make caretaker boss Aurelio Andreazzoli their full-time manager.

He said: "I'm absolutely delighted to get the opportunity, I'm really grateful. I'm pleased that (chairman Peter Coates) looked beyond my last position and has taken my career as a manager as a whole.

Suarez open to Real switch
Liverpool star Luis Suarez says it would be 'difficult' for him to turn down La Liga giants Real Madrid.
Suarez, 26, is contracted to the English Premier League side until 2016, but has been the subject of speculation linking him with a move away from Anfield since receiving a 10-match ban for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.
With Gonzalo Higuain looking set to exit the Santiago Bernabeu, Real have been linked with moves for the Uruguayan pair of Suarez and Edinson Cavani.
Suarez said there had been no formal offers for his services, but admitted a potential move to Real Madrid interested him.

Mueller targets treble completion
Thomas Mueller says Bayern Munich are determined to beat Stuttgart in the DFB-Pokal and clinch an historic treble triumph.
Bayern will take to the field at Berlin's Olympic Stadium on Saturday knowing they can secure the impressive feat, which would be a first for a German side, in what is coach Jupp Heynckes' final game in charge of the club.
"The cup has gained in importance, because the prize on offer is more than just the cup, we can make history. It won't be 85 percent, it'll be 100 percent and nothing less," he told FCB.TV.
"We were a little heavy legged yesterday, you sensed things were still a little out of shape. But it was better today."

Bale born to play for Real
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez says Tottenham Hotspur's Gareth Bale was "born to play" for the Spanish club.
The 23-year-old scored 21 English Premier League goals during a stellar season that saw Spurs narrowly miss out on UEFA Champions League qualification, and he is expected to sign a new contract worth 130,000 pounds per week at White Hart Lane.
However, Bale's agent, Jonathan Barnett, said on Wednesday the forward would consider any offer from Real.
"Gareth Bale was born to play in Real Madrid," Perez told Cadena Cope.
Last week, Real Madrid's newly appointed director of football Zinedine Zidane ranked Wales international Bale alongside La Liga

Forde drove Irish desire
England manager Roy Hodgson praised Ireland goalkeeper David Forde following their 1-1 draw at Wembley in Wednesday's friendly.
Ireland took the lead in the 13th minute from a Shane Long header before Frank Lampard scored his 29th international goal to equalise 10 minutes later.
Hodgson paid tribute to Millwall shot-stopper Forde, who pulled off some terrific saves to keep his side level.
"Ireland worked really hard, it would be churlish to begrudge them the draw really," Hodgson said.
"But I'm a bit disappointed really because I thought, during the second half in particular, we played some good football and we created the chances, especially those two golde
